This conference is an exciting opportunity to explore teaching and learning strategies for computer science at all grade levels.
Join us for the 2nd Annual Wyoming Computer Science Education Conference on August 2-4, 2023 at Sheridan College in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Keynote Speaker: Allen Antoine
Allen provides leadership in Computer Science education to manage rapidly expanding diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and represents EPIC programs at a state and national level. He serves as the Project Director for the Computer Educator Diversity Initiative (CEDI), where he trains educators in equitable teaching practices in computer science courses while preparing them for the unique challenges of teaching computer science with diversity in mind.

Lodging Options
  • Contact the Ramada Plaza in Sheridan (307) 218-2076 or the front desk at the hotel at 307-672-8931 to reserve your stay. Ask for a room in the CSTA Wyoming Room Block and use block code 080223CST. Rooms are available August 2, 2023 - August 4, 2023 at a nightly rate of $109.00 plus tax. Regular price that weekend is $169. This hotel also has a bus stop, that goes directly to Sheridan College, the conference site, right across the street.
  • Attendees can also stay right on campus at the Sheridan College Dorms. There are  "Jack and Jill" rooms available with 2 twin beds in each room. These accommodations are $75 a night. Click here to register. The dorms are a short walk to the conference.
